Returns

If you wish to return the items must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.

Shipping for returns are covered by customer.

To return:

• Please pack up your items, complete with all the tags.
• Let us know why you want to return. Failure to do so will mean we will be unable to refund you for your return.
• Return Address: Clarkes of Cavan, Moynehall Retail Park, Ballinagh Road, Co. Cavan.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labelling.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
