Super 7 & Super 7 Activator Details
Super 7 when used in combination with Super 7 Activator immediately hardens when pieces are brought together.
Super 7 and Super 7 Activator used together results in an instantaneous bond at room temperature that have the following advantages:Bonding of more porous surfaces
The air humidity has practically no influence on the hardening of the adhesive
It avoids hardening problems so there are fewer risks
The Filling capacity of the adhesive is higher
The adhesive strength is the same as when on Super 7 is used
Super 7 hardens immediately when Super 7 Activator comes into contact with the Super 7 adhesive, at that moment the parts to be bonded are brought together.
The Super 7 system bonds instantaneously within seconds at room temperature and has the following advantages due to the use of the Super 7 Activator:
Bonding of more porous surfaces is possible.
The air humidity has practically no influence on the hardening of the adhesive.
A light (finger) pressure on the parts to be bonded is not necessary.
Super 7 & Super 7 Activator has a wide range of applications and bonds most plastics, rubbers, glass, ceramics, wood, leather, etc., to metals or porous building materials (blue stone, chipboard, stone, etc.) or to each other (all combinations).
Super 7 & Super 7 Activator Bondings can be treated quickly as they are temperature, mechanically and chemical resistant
Super 7 & Super 7 Activator is an ideal combination of strength, fast bonding, sure bonding and simplicity, together with a perfect durability.
Applications for Super 7
Super 7 can be used on and/or in combination with several materials such as:
Most Plastics, e.g. Hard and Soft PVC, Polyester, ABS, Polycarbonate, Synthetic and Natural Rubbers, Neoprene, Nitrile, Nylon, Acrylic Glass, Butadiene, Polyamide, EPDM, PMMA, Epoxy, Polyurethane, Bakelite, Celluloid, NBR, etc.
Natural Surfaces, e.g. Glass, Steel, Brass, Porcelain, Ceramics, Wood, Leather, Most Other Metals and Metal Alloys, HPL, Melamine, Volkern (e.g. Trespa, Formica), etc.
Also for surfaces that are not porous, Super 7 Activator can be applied without any technical risk.
Pure Polyethylene, Pure Polypropylene and Polytetraflour Ethylene (Fluorine) Cannot be Bonded. For Porous surfaces use Super 7 & Super 7 Activator.
